The class of Theories of Education in the Postgraduate Program in Education (PPGED/ICED/UFPA), together with the class of Languages and Intercultural Knowledge in the Program Linguagens e Saberes na Amazônia (PPLSA/Bragança/UFPA), is pleased to invite the entire academic community to talk with Catherine Walsh about her work "Agrietar la Uni-Versidad: Reflexiones Interculturales y Decoloniales por/para la vida".

 

This is a unique opportunity to reflect and share knowledge with one of the most important references in decolonial studies today.

On April 30, the 2025 class had a unique experience when they visited the João Grande Quilombo. With an enchanting nature and an even more enchanting community, the traditional knowledge present there is invaluable. We would like to thank everyone involved for their participation.

Take part in the PPLSA research Wednesday, which will take place on  april 29 at 16h, both online via Meet and IRL. The themes of this edition will be "Ethnic-Racial Education and the Intersectionality of Gender, Race and Class Oppressions Experienced by the Black Population in Brazil" and "Intersectionality and Deaf Studies in the Bragantina Amazon".
